1. Unscrew the valve counterclockwise to open the bottle.
2. Place the container on a flat surface and clean it to avoid contamination.
3. Fill up to 80% of total capacity (max. 60 ml).
4. Reattach the valve clockwise and ensure a tight seal.
5. Connect the container to the syringe adapter tube, ensuring that the seal is optimal.

Disposable bottles include tamper-proof seals, expiration date, and color-coded rings for solution identification.
